Dan
Dan is a happy, positive person with many years of experience in the metal industry calibrating and repairing machines. In 2017, he chose to leave the industry to focus on his health and pursue his passion for helping others, completing his Diploma of Remedial Massage at Q Academy.
With a strong understanding of how the body functions, Dan approaches his work with a unique perspective, seeing the body as a finely tuned machine where each part influences the whole. He is committed to helping clients reduce pain, improve their mobility, and achieve long-lasting improvements through balanced, holistic care. His sessions are grounded in positive energy, practical experience, and a genuine desire to support people in living healthier lives.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys walking along the beach, spending time with his two sons, swimming, meditation, practising Kung Fu, and appreciating music.

Ally
Ally is a skilled and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist with over nine years of dedicated hands-on experience both in clinical practise and in sports settings. She combines deep professional expertise with a genuine, caring approach to every treatment. After beginning her career over a decade ago, Ally took some time away to focus on being a mum and returned to Massage with a renewed enthusiasm, focusing on helping her clients achieve their optimal health and wellbeing goals.

Jake

His specialty? Aligning hands-on treatment with real world demands - powerlifting, BJJ, MMA, boxing and everything in between. If it's not torn or crushed, Jake can assess and restore function to every joint in under an hour. That's not hype - it's what he does.
His toolkit runs deep: dry needling, cupping, ART, clinical movement assessment - all geared toward solving the biggest problems in the least amount of time.

Alex
Alex studied at Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He is passionate about gym, sports and health and therefore loves providing first hand knowledge to clients. Alex has worked with the Brisbane Broncos and has gained valued experience from it. He is efficient in working with any type of problems but have specialty in neck, shoulder, back and tension headaches. Having a healthy relationship with the client is important to Alex and he believes in future-proofing your body and living the best quality life you can.

Fiona
Fiona began her journey in massage therapy in 2003, completing her first year of studies with a deep interest in the human body, nutrition, and the treatment of muscular issues. She went on to achieve her Certificate in Remedial Massage in 2009 and later completed her Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage and Myotherapy in 2012.
Over the years, Fiona has developed expertise in a range of advanced techniques, including structural assessment, sports massage, injury management, and fascial release. Her approach to treatment is holistic, she looks beyond the symptoms to identify the root cause of muscular issues, taking into account the full picture of a person's health and lifestyle.
Transitioning from a traditional massage therapist to a dedicated Bodywork Therapist, Fiona focuses on addressing underlying causes, releasing scar tissue and fascial restrictions, reducing tension in the nervous system, and supporting emotional wellbeing. She also has a keen interest in nutrition, the microbiome, and overall health and fitness.
Fiona works with a wide range of clients, including athletes and those dealing with everyday muscular aches, pains, and headaches. Her passion for learning continues, and she is currently expanding her skills by studying Craniosacral Therapy.
Fiona is enthusiastic about connecting with and helping people from all walks of life on their journey to better health.

Marco
Originally from South America, Marco has over 6 years experience in the industry, completing his studies through the Australian College of Sport and Fitness in Brisbane. Marco's priority is always to give the best treatment possible to all clients through various massage techniques. These include soft and deep tissue techniques, sport massage, dry needling, trigger point therapy and cupping.
Marco enjoys treating clients with general aches and pains, along with those who have particular concerns, such a consistent headaches or sporting injuries using his experience from working closely with Physiotherapists and Chiropractors in the industry.
Whether you are seeking a massage for relaxation or a firmer treatment, Marco can cater for you needs. Originally practising Dentistry in Peru, he loves his new pathway as an Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist.

Nathan
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Clinical Myotherapy as well as a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Through his time in the industry he has acquired a comprehensive range of hands-on techniques to assist patients in reducing their pain, improving their ability to undertake daily activities and meeting individual performance goals. Nathan also has a keen interest in working with strength-based athletes in both injury prevention and management.
From suffering his own career ending sports injuries, Nathan has a personal understanding for the injured athlete and it sparked his passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Through treatment and exercise prescription, he aims to optimise client's ability to move efficiently outside of the treatment room, helping them remain pain free in their day-to-day lives.
Additionally, Nathan has completed short courses in treating trapped nerves to assist with neuropathic pain and undertook a Sports Trainer course to assist with local football teams.
From the elite athlete to the weekend warrior, Nathan wants to give you the tools to be able to move better and live the life you want without pain.

Sam
Sam completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Fitness in early 2016, marking the beginning of his professional journey in therapeutic bodywork. From the outset, he developed a strong interest in restoring functional movement, improving physical wellbeing, and understanding the intricate relationship between muscles, posture, and pain.
Driven by a genuine curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning, Sam continued to build on his foundation in remedial therapy. His passion for deepening his clinical understanding of how the body moves, and what happens when it doesn't function optimally, led him to further his studies in advanced manual therapy.
In 2017, he completed an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at Q Academy. This qualification significantly expanded his clinical skill set, allowing him to assess and treat more complex musculoskeletal conditions with a broader range of techniques. It also strengthened his ability to develop targeted treatment plans aimed at addressing the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.
Today, Sam brings together his strong educational background and hands-on experience to support clients in improving movement, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical performance.

Trung has a degree in B.App.Sc. in Human Movement Studies (Exercise Physiology) and a Diploma in Remedial Sports Massage. He has worked as Head Strength & Conditioning Trainer for Wynnum Manly Junior League Club - aged 22 years and over, and at the Hong Kong Sports Institute during my University Degree. My treatment combined Remedial Massage Techniques with functional corrective exercises. I am sports oriented, so biomechanical corrections and injuries rehabilitation are my strengths. I have been practicing for more than 20 years and during those years I have worked side by side with Acupuncturists, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists

Wendi embarked on her professional journey in massage therapy by earning a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Originally from UK, Amy enjoys leading an active lifestyle in the Queensland sunshine and is passionate about self-care. Amy's interest in health and wellbeing and caring nature, lead her to study massage therapy, and in 2016, she graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Q Academy in Brisbane. Whether you're suffering from aches and pains from work or post gym recovery, nothing makes Amy happier than working with her clients and seeing improved function and relief from pain. Her friendly and positive attitude will put you at ease as you work towards your long term health goals!

Caroline completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage on the Gold Coast in 2006 and since then has worked with clients from all walks of life.
She has gained invaluable experience working alongside a physiotherapist and osteopath in the past and in 2015 completed the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in order to further her knowledge and treatment skills.
Caroline offers TMJ treatment, lymphatic and pregnancy massage.
Caroline prefers a gentle approach to treatment and encourages her clients to help themselves to reclaim their health and mobility.

Dusan
Dušan holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and has over 6 years industry experience.
He has worked with a wide variety of clients including elite athletes from the Qld reds, Sydney Roosters and Red Dog triathlon squad.
Dusan's clients would say he is very personable and friendly, uses great pressure and his ability to find knots is second to none!
He is also passionate about continuing development as a professional and has been utilising the advanced technique of Myofascial Dry needling for over 4 years.
When he is not melting knots away, You can find Dušan somewhere by the water and hunting down amazing coffee.

Hitomi
Hitomi is from Japan. Is very positive and passionate about helping others.
She has been in the massage industry since 2011 and loves very much what she is doing.
When she settled down in Brisbane, it was a natural choice to study Remedial Massage as to improve her knowledge and skills.
She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Q Academy in 2018.
Hitomi combines relaxation, shiatsu, remedial, deep tissue and stretch techniques for her treatment.
She can also provide Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology.
Hitomi's hobbies include watching NRL, soccer and tennis.

Jackie
As a therapist, Jackie is sensitive and intuitive and can work with a medium to light pressure, which many clients appreciate and enjoy. Jackie holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage from Q Academy and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). Jackie particularly enjoys providing relief to people with sensitive nervous systems who may be more prone to anxiety and overwhelm from their busy lives. She enjoys chatting with her clients about holistic health and wellness and is committed to 'slow living', bringing this calm energy to her treatments. Jackie loves yoga and may prescribe a yoga pose for homework. She also enjoys spending time with her two boys, her shih tzu and her three-legged bullmastiff, and not being too serious.

Nikki
Nicole completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2023. She is passionate about massage therapy and how it helps the body heal - physically, emotionally and spiritually. She uses a gentle approach to treatments by mixing deep tissue techniques and trigger point therapy with a relaxing and balanced touch.

Paul
Paul is passionate about helping you to get your body functioning optimally and staying balanced. He is also a Latin Dance Instructor and enjoys running and body composition training. He has always been fascinated with bodywork and healing - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He emphasises the power of breath and he incorporates this into all his treatments.
Beyond treatment, he is a big believer in educating you about your body, so you can feel and move better throughout your day-to-day life.

Ayden
Ayden is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE QLD Springfield. He has a strong interest in movement, recovery, and helping people feel more confident in themselves and achieving their goals.
His approach is client-centred and practical, with treatments tailored to each client needs, goals, and lifestyle. Ayden enjoys working with clients experiencing muscular tension, postural concerns, movement restrictions, chronic pain, and sports related aches or tightness. He aims to support both short term relief and longer term improvement through hands-on treatment, education, and simple strategies clients can take with them outside the clinic to further their goals and recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Ayden enjoys hiking, climbing, and strength training, which has given him a firsthand appreciation for how much the body can adapt, strengthen, and recover with the right support. His own weight loss journey has also shaped the way he views health, resilience, and progress, and he enjoys helping clients work towards their own goals in a realistic and encouraging way. Bringing a calm, genuine, and down-to-earth presence to his treatments, with a focus on making clients feel listened to, supported, and well cared for. He also holds a current Blue Card.

Morane
Morane is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who graduated from TAFE, with hands-on experience in both remedial and sports massage techniques, she is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies.
Before training in massage, Morane studied naturopathy in France, gaining a strong foundation in natural medicine, nutrition, psychology, and sport. This background shapes her holistic approach to treatment, allowing her to look beyond symptoms and consider the whole person when tailoring each session.
Morane has experience working with muscular tension, postural issues, and chronic discomfort, and she values working closely with her clients to understand their needs and treatment goals. Joseph studied at TAFE Queensland Ipswich and completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2020. Prior to that he also completed a Certificate III in Fitness.
As a massage therapist Joseph enjoys looking after athletes with their pre and post event treatments, and loves providing extensive knowledge about human anatomy and physiology as well as modifying treatment plans to meet all his client's objectives and goals.

Bruce
Bruce started his allied health journey back in 1997 at the Hepburn's College of Natural Medicines where he studied sports massage, putting into practice what he had learnt by supporting cyclists, cycling teams and triathletes, on a part time basis. In his full-time job, he worked in the corporate world. After leaving the corporate world in 2022 he went back to complete his Diploma of Remedial Massage, as well as a Nutrition Coach Course through the Australian Institute of Fitness, Brisbane. He is passionate about massage therapy and how it can help the body heal - physically and mentally. He has expertise in the areas of Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Deep tissue and Swedish Massage. In his spare time, he actively competes across a variety of competitive cycling sports, e.g. road racing, MTB and Gravel Bike racing, which he continues to pursue today.

Debbie
Debbie completed her Diploma in Beauty Therapist in 2014 and went on to complete a Cert 4 and Diploma in Remedial Massage in January 2017. She has worked with the Brisbane Roar and is currently working alongside the Brisbane Broncos. Debbie enjoys working with pregnancy, headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, post workout and sporting teams. In her free time, Debbie is often keeping active through Gym, fit45 and boxing classes with the intention to increase her fitness levels. She aims to help clients reduce pain, tension and stress as well as recovery in sport. Sadeesha holds a Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from Sri Lanka, where she spent five years practicing as a natural therapist. After relocating to Australia, she continued her journey in holistic health by completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE QLD.
Blending traditional wisdom with modern techniques, Sadeesha offers a wide range of therapeutic treatments, including relaxation and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, muscle energy techniques, pregnancy massage, and Ayurveda massage treatments.

Natasha is the Clinic Manager at No More Knots Greenslopes and has been a valued member of the team for over five years. She began her journey with No More Knots as a Clinic Coordinator and, through her dedication and leadership, stepped into the Clinic Manager role two years ago.
With a strong understanding of clinic operations and a genuine passion for client care, Natasha plays a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and that every client feels welcomed, supported, and well looked after. She takes great pride in supporting the team and maintaining the high standards No More Knots is known for.
Outside of the clinic, Natasha is a busy mum of three. She loves listening to music and spending time at the beach, making the most of any opportunity to unwind and recharge.

Wallace
Having completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in early 2021, Wallace has cultivated a profound passion for the industry. Over the years she has developed a strong focus on lymphatic drainage and oncology massage, both of which have become central to her practice.
With her recent certification in Oncology Massage, Wallace now works confidently with clients at all stages of cancer treatment and recovery, offering safe, supportive care that honours each person's individual needs and experiences.
Across her five years as a Remedial Massage Therapist, Wallace has built a keen interest in musculoskeletal health, results-driven treatment methods, and holistic approaches to wellbeing. Her greatest joy lies in helping clients manage pain, ease chronic conditions, and reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful, considered touch.

Jacinta brings extensive experience in clinic leadership, allied health and natural medicine, with a passion for creating positive client experiences and supporting teams to thrive. Having worked across private practice, multidisciplinary clinics and national clinic operations, she combines strong operational expertise with a genuine commitment to mentoring therapists, improving systems and delivering exceptional care. As a qualified Massage Therapist and Naturopath, Jacinta understands the importance of treating every client as an individual and helping people move, feel and live better.

Kristy Donoghue
Kristy Donoghue, known to many as KD, first joined No More Knots many years ago to help out her childhood friend and the founder of NMK, Kelly Townsend. Beginning with small projects that drew on her strong administrative and management experience, she moved into a clinic manager role and eventually went on to become General Manager and part owner. Over her 18 years with the business she helped shape No More Knots and the standard of care it is known for. What Kelly built was never just a massage clinic. It was a place grounded in genuine care, in the training and development of her team, and in real outcomes for clients, the kind of place people return to for years. Kristy is proud to help carry that legacy forward today. Kristy stepped away in 2022 during an ownership change and returned in 2025 as a consultant to help guide the business into a new chapter under its new owner, Elisha Macdonald. Elisha is investing in No More Knots year after year, in the clinics, the team, and the client experience, with a focus on reaching more people and bringing more value in new ways, while staying true to everything the business has always stood for. Elisha McDonald
Elisha became the owner of No More Knots in 2023, bringing her career full circle. She began as a kinesiologist and remedial massage therapist working with elite athletes, before building and growing businesses across the health, wellness and supplement industries. She now pairs that clinical grounding with a passion for innovation, education and exceptional care, keeping No More Knots evolving while staying true to the values built over more than 25 years. Drawing on her experience in Australian supplement manufacturing and health product development, Elisha is focused on expanding the clinic's recovery offering and finding new ways to support clients beyond the treatment room.

Gavan Porter
Gavan S. Porter (FCPA) is our external Chief Financial Officer. A fractional CFO and business advisor whose career has spanned management accounting through to the CFO chair, in Australia and internationally, Gavan leads the team at GSP Advisory who run the No More Knots accounts department, keeping our numbers clear and our decisions sound.
