Spring Reset
Looking after the people who care for you
Over the next six weeks, we're investing in our team through NMK Spring Reset.
If you've noticed the quotes appearing around our clinics, you've already seen a little of what we're doing. They're part of a programme built around four areas that influence how we feel, work and live:
Our team spends much of their working day supporting other people. Spring Reset creates time for them to focus on their own wellbeing, connect with colleagues and find practical inspiration for everyday life.

Four pillars, one connected life
Wellbeing has many parts. A demanding week can affect our sleep. Financial worries can occupy our thoughts. What we eat can influence our energy, while movement can change how we feel.
We're exploring these areas together because each can affect the others. Everyone's starting point is different, and a useful change will look different for each person.

Mind
Making space for ourselves
How we think, respond to challenges and manage everyday pressures matters.
This pillar explores mindset, motivation, resilience and connection. It's about finding practical ways to pause, gain perspective and build habits that support us through busy days.
That might mean taking a moment to reflect, setting a helpful boundary or noticing something we're grateful for.
Body
Caring for the bodies we work and live in
Our therapists do physical work every day. Looking after their own bodies is an important part of sustaining the work they love, and enjoying life beyond the clinic.
This pillar explores movement, strength, rest and recovery, with an emphasis on achievable habits that fit into real life.
The starting point might be a short movement break, a consistent recovery routine or making more time for rest.
Nutrition
Fuelling everyday life
Food is part of every day, yet it's easy for our own needs to slip down the list when we're busy caring for others.
This pillar brings nutrition back to the foundations: understanding how food supports our bodies and finding practical ways to eat well through a working week.
We're exploring simple ideas around meals, hydration and preparation, without expecting perfect diets or complicated routines.
Money
Building confidence beyond the clinic
Financial wellbeing is part of our overall wellbeing. Feeling more informed and organised can help us approach decisions with greater confidence.
This pillar creates space to explore everyday money habits, planning and personal goals.
Everyone's circumstances are different. The focus is on useful education and achievable steps, with personal finances kept personal.

Inspiration that becomes something useful
Across the six weeks, guest speakers bring experience and fresh perspectives to relaxed, interactive sessions.
There's time to listen, ask questions and connect. Team members are encouraged to choose one small idea that feels relevant to them and try it in their own lives.
Their reflections and goals remain their own. There's no expectation to share personal information or make the same changes as anyone else.
Why you're seeing quotes around our clinics
We want the ideas to stay with us after each session finishes.
The treatment-room quotes are gentle reminders to pause and reflect. Alongside practical resources and our team's existing journals, they help keep the conversation going throughout the week.
You're welcome to take something from them, too.
An investment in our people
Spring Reset reflects something we care about at No More Knots: the wellbeing of the people behind every treatment.
We want our team to feel supported as people, with lives, challenges and ambitions beyond their work. This programme is one way we're putting that into practice.
