After 10+ years working in the legal industry, Sophia decided to follow her passion for assisting people to achieve better health & wellbeing by studying and completing her remedial massage diploma in 2023.
Her background in the stressful corporate world has provided firsthand experience of the usual aches, pains & issues experienced by the typical office worker, such as neck pain, headaches & back pain, and how to resolve them.
On a personal level, Sophia is a huge advocate of ballet & yoga to help achieve balance in her busy life. This has provided great joy, mental clarity, flexibility, and an even deeper understanding of anatomy & how the body functions.
Given her keen interest and background in ballet, Soph keeps herself on her proverbial toes by also providing massage services for the Queensland Ballet.
She encourages everyone to find time for themselves, and remember to breathe 🙂
