Mata is a passionate Senior Massage Therapist and Performance Coach with a Fitness and Dance background. Since 2018 Mata has worked with a range of clients from office workers to elite athletes including sporting teams from Brisbane Bullets and Brisbane Roar.
Inspired by how the human body moves and how muscular injuries can heal through correct movement techniques and regular massages treatments. His field in treating clients covers a variety of massage techniques from; Remedial, Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretching, Cupping, and Dry Needling. Mata holds his Cert 3+4 in Fitness and Diploma in Remedial Massage (AUS).
Mata’s central focus is always on his client’s well-being and assisting them to manage and treat muscular pain and discomfort.
