As a therapist, Jackie is sensitive and intuitive and can work with a medium to light pressure, which many clients appreciate and enjoy. Jackie holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage from Q Academy and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). Jackie particularly enjoys providing relief to people with sensitive nervous systems who may be more prone to anxiety and overwhelm from their busy lives. She enjoys chatting with her clients about holistic health and wellness and is committed to ‘slow living’, bringing this calm energy to her treatments. Jackie loves yoga and may prescribe a yoga pose for homework. She also enjoys spending time with her two boys, her shih tzu and her three-legged bullmastiff, and not being too serious.
