Originally from NZ, Rachel spent her childhood growing up in a small country town. As a young child she played representative Netball and as a young adult played competitive touch rugby both mixed and women’s. Rachel loves all kinds of sport and it’s her passion to see others enjoy and thrive in it. She believes it’s one of the stairways to a happy life.
Having lived in Brisbane for the past 12 years, being a mum and raising her children here, Rachel understood the importance of health and being able to keep up with the younger generation. The past few years she’s competed in Powerlifting, it’s a sport that Rachel loves and you must be on top of your game with mobility and recovery. Rachel wants nothing more than to see her clients being able to move better and be happier in their day to day lives, whether that’s being a parent, playing sport or even their work place. Massage is a passion Rachel loves to share.
