Tristan is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist graduating from Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy & Myotherapy with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Tristan has a passion for the health and wellbeing of others. To deliver the best possible treatment to his clients, he combines an extensive knowledge and understanding of the human body with the individual needs of each of his clients. His expertise are focused around remedial, deep tissue, reflexology and acupressure treatments using a comprehensive range of remedial techniques according to client needs. He is specialised in trigger point therapy, myofascial release and transverse friction modalities with having interests about anatomy trains and rolfing. His treatments are patient focused and adaptable to the needs of each individual. He specifically takes a key interest in relieving neck, shoulder and back pain.

Cassandra graduated from the Australian Institute of Applied Science in 2018, she is a proud Remedial Massage Therapist. Interested in all types of healing Cassandra plays Tibetan singing bowls, enjoys Rieki, studies acupuncture, yoga and meditation. She is a family woman and believes people can do anything they set their mind to. She is often heard saying ‘be yourself! Because everyone else is taken!’

SENIOR REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST - CONTRACTOR
Luke completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage early in 2014. He has wasted no time gaining hands-on experience with the likes of the Melbourne Victory, Firebirds, Queensland Academy of sport Rowing and Trination triathlon squad. Luke has an evidence based and results focused treatment style incorporating dynamic postural and flexibility tests to give real-time client feedback. He is a firm believer that prevention is the best solution, and combines modalities like deep tissue, trigger pointing, myofascial release, stretching, muscle energy techniques, positional release, cryotherapy and joint mobilisation to achieve the best possible results. Having competed in a multitude of sporting discourses, Luke has gained a firsthand understanding of the injury and rehabilitation process from both the patient and professional perspective. Combining these two perspectives enables Luke to develop comprehensive treatment plans that offer consistent results for clients.

With a hands on and very personal approach, Luke enjoys establishing healthy working relationships that empower people with knowledge about their body, support their ongoing return to health and encourage continuing improvement in performance and life quality.

SENIOR MASSAGE THERAPIST - CONTRACTOR
 
Phil completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian College of Natural Medicine in 2007 and he has worked in Australia as well as internationally as a remedial therapist. Phil has a comprehensive sporting history having competed at state level in BJJ as well as freestyle wrestling which allows him a true insight into sports related injuries as well as the rehabilitation process. Phil is still active in a range of sports including rock-climbing, weight training, swimming, mobility training, yoga and Pilates.

SENIOR MYOTHERAPIST & PILATES INSTRUCTOR - CONTRACTOR

Hannah graduated in 2008 with a degree in Musculoskeletal therapy and a diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. Hannah’s treatment techniques include myofascial release, soft tissue and deep tissue techniques, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial dry needling, neuromuscular techniques. 

Hannah has also been a fully qualified Pilates instructor for over 3 years. Join her for a personalised session, based on your individual goals.

Zoe is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor Degree in Musculoskeletal Therapy/Myotherapy and holds advanced training in Dry Needling and Pilates.
Zoe has also a post graduate certificate in Diabetes education and care and has a strong understanding and interest in the effects of chronic disease on myofascial pain and dysfunction.
Originally from the UK Zoe loves the outdoors life in Brisbane and regularly participates in Trail running and cycling.

After 2 years treatment for a reoccurring back injury at a young age. Massage was suggested as an alternative which had immediate results. But over time the problem would reoccur. Deciding to find out how to better manage these issues Tony enrolled in a Remedial Massage course at the School of Natural Medicine Coff’s Harbour 1990 and then a Diploma Of Remedial Massage with the Australian Instute Of Applied Sciences Brisbane 2011 as the ability to help people with injury and pain became a passion.

French native, Aurélie completed a Bachelor of Sport and Fitness in Paris and has a background of personal training. She completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at the Australian College of Natural Therapy (ACNT) in Dec 2015. Aurélie has a passion for alternative medicine and well-being, and is eager to expand her knowledge. She enjoys educating her clients and creating awareness to improve their quality of life for the long-term. She has a particular interest in helping clients with postural issues. Aurélie loves to travel and be surrounded by nature. She keeps active by practicing yoga and fitness.

Jaime grew up in a large, sporting family in Central Queensland. She moved to Brisbane to complete her studies, graduating with a Diploma of Fitness and Certificate lll in Allied Health. Through attaining these certificates Jaime has worked with a variety of clients ranging from young athletes through to retirees. Jaime is passionate about health and anatomy and is always looking to increase her skill set. In 2017 she decided to go back to studying and completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy through Q Academy. Since graduating Jaime has worked with Queensland AFL Umpires. She has an interest in sports massage and injury prevention, lower limb injuries and deep tissue massage. Jaime is always empathetic towards her clients and is passionate about developing individualised programs and treatments.

Following a career change from the oil and gas industry Gavin pursued his passion for health and fitness by completing a diploma of remedial massage at Evolve College in 2018.
Gavin knows firsthand the impact an injury can have on both work and athletic performance. His personal experience in injury management allows Gavin to create treatment plans for his clients that are both effective and realistic.
When Gavin isn’t in the clinic; he is either on the bike, running or chasing his two ridgebacks down the beach.

PRACTICE MANAGER & EXPERT  REMEDIAL THERAPIST TARINGA 
Thea has over 17 years of experience in the Remedial and Sports Massage industry. She holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and an honours degree in Exercise Science - a perfect combination for delivering highly skilled and individually tailored treatment, education and advice.
She has worked alongside many highly skilled allied health and medical professionals over the years in clinical practice, plus been fortunate to work with a number of elite athletes, high performance programs, and sporting teams, including the AIS, QAS, Australian Swim Team, 2018 GC Commonwealth Games Management, and 2016 Australian Olympic Team in Rio. She has also recently been appointed Head Therapist for the Aussie Team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
A handy Ironman Distance Triathlete in a former life, Thea understands first hand the value of remedial and sports massage in reducing injury risk and enhancing recovery and performance. She is also passionate about teaching and mentoring up and coming therapists, educating the community and general public on the virtues of receiving quality soft tissue therapy and remedial massage, and loves being able to share health and performance knowledge and experience so that people from all walks of life may benefit.

Aside from general remedial and sports massage techniques, my skillset includes: Myofascial Dry Needling, myofascial cupping, dynamic taping, exercise therapy, fascial abrasion/IASTM, Vagus Nerve Stimulation, NeuroKinetic Therapy. Currently studying Applied Movement Neurology.

Fiona completed her first year of massage studies in 2003. She enjoyed studying the human body, nutrition, and ways to treat muscular problems. Fiona then completed her Remedial Massage certification in 2009, and completed her Adv Dip Remedial Massage Myotherapy 2012. Through these studies and years of treament she has learnt more advanced techniques, along with structural assesment, sports massage, injury management, and fascia release. 
Fiona worked at football clubs from 2009 for three seasons, working with injury management & prevention. She had a great experience being a part of the club, meeting people, and helping the team win two premierships. Her treatments are holistic. She likes to find out why you have muscular problems - is it possibly stress related, nutrition deficiencies, lack of movement or muscular over-use. She enjoys meeting & helping people lead a better quality of life. Fiona also provides after care, including a follow up call next day, to see how you are feeling after your treatment. Fiona would like to meet you and help with issues you may have.

Dan is a happy, positive guy that has spent many years in the metal industry making parts and repairing machines. He left the industry in 2017 to improve his own health and to graduate a Remedial Massage Diploma from Q Academy. He understands how the body works and has the ability to improve the health of others. Dan sees the body as a machine made up of many parts, that all affect each other and a fine balance must be obtained for it to run smoothly. Dan loves to assist clients by reducing their pain and improving their range of motion, with uplifting positive energy and lasting improvements towards a healthier way of life. He enjoys walking along the beach with his wife, playing with his two sons, swimming, meditation, Kung Fu and music.

PRACTICE MANAGER & SENIOR REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

Jess completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Fitness in early 2015. With an extensive history of dance injuries, Jess now competes in power-lifting and believes strongly in the relationship between strength training and remedial massage therapy to help people become stronger, and improve movement patterns as a way to live a balanced lifestyle. Jess has worked closely with strength training coaches and athletes using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling and cupping to improve a variety of injuries from lower back, shoulder and elbow pain to improving overall tissue quality, mobility and flexibility and recovery time between training sessions.

Tom being half Australian half Danish grew up mainly in Denmark spending 26 years there; he finally decided to move back to Australia in Jan 2018, upon which he got into and completed his Diploma in Remedial Massage. Tom has been involved in different sports from a young age and as he got older transitioned into the Health and Fitness industry in which he has been active for 15 years. He started his Health and Fitness journey in Denmark as a competitive bodybuilding and has now switched over to Powerlifting/strongman/strength training and competes as a Powerlifter. He has also completed his Cert IV In Fitness. The combination of his Fitness Cert IV and his Diploma in Remedial Massage, gives him a fantastic foundation of knowledge about the functional human body and how to optimise performance, especially as an athlete. Tom is a big believer in practicing what he preaches so when he’s not treating clients, he’s probably practicing pushing trains with his bare hands.
