PAUSING/SHARING

Going on Holidays? Pause your membership once a year for 1 month (all we need is 7days' notice)

Time poor & feeling generous? Send a friend or family member in your place once a year if you can't make your appointment (no notice required)

HEALTH FUND REBATES

You can still claim your treatments! After your remedial massage treatment, with an approved remedial massage provider, we will ensure you are given a receipt which will provide all the details required for you to claim with your selected private health fund. Most good health funds now have really easy ways to claim, either online or via their app. Your health fund will deposit the rebate amount directly back into your bank account as per usual.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

You have the option to direct debit from your bank account or credit card
all your details and transactions are securely stored and processed through Ezidebit
Simply fill in the direct debit form today or on your next visit
NMK memberships are only a 6month minimum commitment

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The monthly amount will be processed via your direct debit on a set day each month (either via your credit card or bank account direct debit)
All of your information is stored SECURELY in our operating system called Mind Body
You can book in on which ever day/time each month which suits you best, there are NO TIME RESTRICTIONS (always best to book in advance to ensure you get your preferred time)
You can see any therapist within the membership level you select, rest assured all of our therapists keep quality clinical treatment notes to ensure the next therapist looking after you has a thorough understanding of your history to ensure the best possible outcome for your treatment
You have six weeks to use your monthly treatment
Your monthly treatment must be used each month or it will be forfeited, however, you can assign to a pre-selected family member or friend if you cannot use it (maximum 2 times per year)
If necessary you can put your membership on hold for 1month/year if you go away on holidays or are unwell
You can sign up and purchase very easily on our website or you can have one of our awesome team of receptionists do it all for you at one of the clinics
If for any reason you didn’t book in advance or your normal therapist is away and the other therapists available aren’t at the same membership level, you will have the option to change levels up or down at the discounted special membership price
HICAPS/Private Health Funds restrict you from being able to have your rebate discounted at the time of your monthly automatic payment. So, our reception team will happily email or print your receipt on the day of your treatment so you are able to process your claim through their website or app. From here, the health fund would pop the rebate amount straight back into your bank account as per usual with this kind of claim.
