Our mat classes will focus on a small group environment (max of 5ppl) with everyone in class working through a similar program utilising mat based exercises as well as small equipment. The program will be designed to work within the scope of Pilates principles with appropriate modifications provided for individuals to enable participation within the class program. Each session will run for 50mins and no initial consultation is required. Generally these classes will not be suitable for individuals who have specific concerns or injuries that require more specific care and attention.
