Greenslopes Remedial Massage Therapist
 
Nathan is a remedial massage therapist that has recently moved from Victoria. He has a passion and history of exercise science and strength and conditioning. From which he can not only massage but advise exercises and stretches to help you get back to your greatest potential.
Nathan’s treatment style involves looking at the body as a whole and investigating the true root of a clients pain with the long term goal of creating a pain free life for his clients.
Nathan has also done further study with treating trapped nerves and sports training.

Looking for a fulfilling career in the health industry led Caitlin to complete a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2017. She can treat conditions ranging from work related postural issues and gym recovery to daily stresses on the body. Caitlin believes massage is essential for everyday health & well-being and is passionate about helping you return to normal function as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Kristiamo graduated from Q Academy with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2016. He became interested in injury management and body mechanics during his 7yrs of Mixed Martial Arts training. His focus is on treating issues with joint mobility, posture, and muscular balance in order to help reduce chronic injury or pain. In addition to a long time interest in strength training and martial arts (and a new found passion for indoor bouldering) he also has many years of experience as a freelance computer programmer. This has helped balance his interest in the issues caused by differing types of bodily stress; whether it be from intense exercise or long hours of working at a computer.

Sarah first graduated from her BA Human Movement in 2006 at the University of Technology Sydney, before completing her Diploma Remedial Massage at Nature Care College in 2007.  Sarah comes from a background in Triathlon, open water swimming and trail running, and so loves to help like minded people throughout their training and racing endeavours.  Sarah has developed excellent techniques to facilitate healing and pain free movement. You will feel extremely comfortable with her friendly and easy going nature.

Sam completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Fitness in early 2016. He has a keen interest in helping restore body movement using his knowledge and always strives to expand his knowledge of muscle movement and dysfunction. Sam's excitement in expanding his knowledge base lead him to complete his Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy at Q Academy in 2017.

Caity graduated from Q Academy in 2016 with Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. Caity has worked with the QLD State of Origin Team, National Rugby League Team as well as regular post/recovery sessions with the Brisbane Broncos and is extremely grateful for this amazing opportunity to work with world class athletes. Being active and attending regular gym sessions as well as going on weekly runs with a local run group is what Caity likes doing in her spare time. Caity can help with anything from general aches and pains to specific injuries and takes great pride in her ability to help all her clients to feel better each time they visit.

Dušan graduated in 2013 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Endeavour College of Natural Health. He has a passion for all things health and fitness, particularly outdoor sports, which led him to trek to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa. A strong urge to help others prompted a move to remedial massage after working in the Architecture industry. During this career Dušan himself, experienced postural dysfunction associated with long office hours. The process of correcting this has led to an interest in helping others with similar issues. Dušan believes massage can play a very important role in everyone's health and well-being. He is excited to be helping clients from all walks of life to achieve their best potential.

Alex studied at Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He is passionate about gym, sports and health and therefore loves providing first hand knowledge to clients. Alex has worked with the Brisbane Broncos and has gained valued experience from it. He is efficient in working with any type of problems but have specialty in neck, shoulder, back and tension headaches. Having a healthy relationship with the client is important to Alex and he believes in future-proofing your body and living the best quality life you can.

Originating from Western Australia, Jemma and her family relocated to Port Douglas, Far North Queensland, which is where she found her passion for massage. Starting off as a 3 Minute Angel (corporate massage therapist), she wanted to know more and wanted be able to really help people. After studying and working with Touch Therapies Jemma got a better understanding of massage, but this only drove her need for further knowledge. She then began her Diploma of Remedial Massage in Carins. For the past 8 years Jemma has been working hard in the massage industry and has taken a great interest in Marathons, volunteering her time for Ironman events. In Jemma’s remedial massage treatments, she combines a range of techniques including; sports massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, stretching, reflexology and myofascial release.

Having a strong sporting background, Dylan completed his Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science in 2015 and recently graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2017. Combining this knowledge with a passion for health and well-being using a holistic approach to treat the body and enhance quality of life. Dylan also volunteers as a Sports trainer, working alongside a highly skilled medical team, allowing him a true insight into sports related injuries as well as the rehabilitation process. Dylan is also currently continuing his education undertaking a degree in Physiotherapy in 2018.

Debbie completed her Diploma in Beauty Therapist in 2014 and went on to complete a Cert 4 and Diploma in Remedial Massage in January 2017. She has worked with the Brisbane Roar and is currently working alongside the Brisbane Broncos. Debbie enjoys working with pregnancy, headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, post workout and sporting teams. In her free time, Debbie is often keeping active through Gym, fit45 and boxing classes with the intention to increase her fitness levels. She aims to help clients reduce pain, tension and stress as well as recovery in sport. Debbie enjoys treating clients from both sporting and non-sporting backgrounds and looks forward to growing her diversity in the future.

Shenal’s sporting and fitness background kick started his passion for massage and inspired him to complete his Diploma of Remedial Massage at Australian Institute of Massage in 2008. His previous experience as a fitness instructor has enhanced his ability to achieve great results with his treatments. His areas of specialty include deep tissue massage, myofascial release and increasing strength and flexibility through specific exercise prescription.

Jess completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Fitness in early 2015. With an extensive history of dance injuries, Jess now competes in power-lifting and believes strongly in the relationship between strength training and remedial massage therapy to help people become stronger, and improve movement patterns as a way to live a balanced lifestyle. Jess has worked closely with strength training coaches and athletes using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling and cupping to improve a variety of injuries from lower back, shoulder and elbow pain to improving overall tissue quality, mobility and flexibility and recovery time between training sessions.

A love of all things sport related lead Sarah to study Massage Therapy. A keen volleyball player for over 7 years, and now an avid rock climber, Sarah understands the need for a balanced body in order to maintain peak performance. She has a special interest in treating any conditions of the legs. Sarah graduated with a diploma in remedial massage in 2011, she has worked for No More Knots most of her massage career.
Taringa Senior Remedial Massage Therapist

After completing his Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences in 2007, Sean joined the No More Knots team. Shortly after, he had the opportunity to travel and work overseas and briefly left the clinic. During this time he did freelance work as he toured with two international dance companies. Sean enjoyed working as part of the therapeutic team to professional dancers who had a vigorous performance schedule and was able to gain valuable experience as a massage therapist. Having returned to Australia Sean was delighted to recommence work with the No More Knots team and looks forward to helping clients achieve their health goals.
