Reception Team
Erin joined the reception team in December 2014 and is currently studying a dual degree of Business/Creative Industries at QUT. Erin has a background in rowing, which she pursues through the UQ rowing club and coaching at Somerville House. Erin has a strong interest in health and fitness and is immensely enjoying being a part of the No More Knots team.

As a full-time Commerce/International Relations student, Gemma may seem a little out of place at No More Knots. However, ironically she is in her element at the clinic due to her great interest in natural health and well being, great people skills and love of being challenged. After joining the team in late 2013, Gemma brings an autonomous and humorous spirit to the reception desk and is immensely enjoying her time as a part of the No More Knots family.

Hannah is one of our newest members of the NMK reception team having joined in March 2017. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at UQ with the hope of completing a Masters in Physio. With a strong interest in health and fitness, Hannah really enjoys being part of a clinic that focuses on well-being. In her spare time she can be found hanging out at the beach, exercising or spending time with friends and family.

Izzy joined the reception team in November 2016 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at ACU. She brings a sense of calm to our front desk and always has a smile on her dial! In Izzy’s spare time she loves spending time at the beach, spending time with family and friends, and loves a good game of touch footy!

Beginning in July 2015, Maddy worked hard from the get-go and was extremely adaptable to the clinic lifestyle, she is studying a dual degree at UQ of Engineering and Commerce. Maddy has a lot of travelling experience spending 6 months travelling around Europe before working in a boarding school in the UK. Most of her spare time consists of planning her next trip or hitting the coast.

Maggie joined our Receptionist Team in 2017 and is thoroughly enjoying being a part of the NMK family. Having graduated from high school in 2016, Maggie is now pursuing a Bachelor of Law and Business at QUT with hopes of practicing in corporate law. In her spare time she enjoys playing netball, travelling overseas and trying new foods.

After graduating high school in 2016, Melea is the newest member of our reception team. Melea is commencing a bachelor of advanced science at UQ, in hopes of one day achieving her PHD.

Joining the team in early 2016, Nala has a bubbly and energetic personality that instantly bought a lot of positivity to the team. Studying primary school teaching and nursing at ACU, Nala hopes to pursue midwifery one day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at her church with Youth Group and spending time with her family.

Riley joined the team in 2017 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland. She is hoping to obtain her Masters in Occupational Therapy one day. Riley really enjoys playing sports, particularly touch football and netball and catching up with friends when she has spare time.

Scarlett joined our receptionist team at No More Knots in early November 2014. She is currently studying a degree in Mass Communications focusing on both Advertising & Entertainment! She loves the beach and has a huge passion for animals. Scarlett has a laid back personality with an attentive approach to all tasks at NMK!
Locum Remedial Massage Therapist & Reception Team
Toni graduated from Qacademy in 2016 with my diploma of Remedial massage therapy. Her studies will continue at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) doing a "Bachelor of Paramedicine". Toni has a background in dancing starting from the age of 7. She enjoy being active and regularly attend silks & aerial classes as well as the gym and outdoor activities. Toni’s goal is to make her clients feel as comfortable as they possibly can though out their time in the clinic. She loves the feeling of achieving her client’s goal and educating them as much as possible.
Newmarket Relaxation Massage Therapist & Reception Team
Whitney is originally from a cattle station in North West Queensland. She has played in a number of different sports including rowing, at state level, netball, AFL and Rugby 7s. This is where she developed her interest in injury prevention & massage. She completed her Cert 4 at Sage in Brisbane and is currently finishing her Diploma of Remedial Massage. Whitney has a great passion and enthusiasm for sports and helping people achieve their personal health goals.
Admin & Marketing Manager
Keely has been with the NMK team since 2011. Joining as part of the reception team, she was promoted to Admin Coordinator in early 2015 and as of Dec 2016, is now NMK's Admin & Marketing Manager. Her work ethic and approach to customer service is the reason for her progress within the business. Keely balances her role at NMK whilst also studying business at QUT.
General Manager
Kristy has been with the No More Knots team since 2007. As General Manager, her role is probably best described as varied - dealing with everything from people management, business development to the daily logistical running of our busy clinics. Without her absolute steadfast commitment to keeping things going smoothly, NMK would simply not be able to cope with the 600+ clients per week that we are currently helping to become pain free.
Founder/CEO
After gaining her qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy in 1997, Kelly opened up No More Knots, a then-tiny clinic, run from the basement of her house. The idea for an exclusively Remedial/Sports massage clinic came about during Kelly’s three years as an athlete in the Australian Institute of Sport’s Squash program. Kelly recognized the importance of remedial massage not only for elite athletes, but to help everyday people to become pain free. After working tirelessly for 14 years to build the business to where it is now – the largest of its kind in Australia – in 2012 Kelly took a step sideways, embarked upon an even greater challenge, starting a family and welcoming a beautiful baby girl.
